The Tagaytay Conference Center
Mendez, Cavite
Ensconced in the cool climate of Tagaytay, the Conference Center reflects its ancestral bahay-na-bato inspiration in its exterior and interiors. It has full service facilities, classrooms, seminar halls, tutorial rooms, a chapel and complete accommodations for up to thirty two persons. The complex has an incorporated rainwater harvesting system and a recharging percolation pond. The Conference Center was completed in 2005 and began its operations on the same year.

Casa Doña Emilia
Paoay, Ilocos Norte
The Casa Doña Emilia is the first Bed and Breakfast in Paoay and is just a few paces away from the Paoay Church, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Casa Doña Emilia was built on the property of an old and long- abandoned house which had deteriorated with exposure. All wooden elements from the old house which could be saved were refashioned, incorporated as decorative elements in the new B&B.
