The Institute for Corporate Directors occupies the northern corner of the RCBC Plaza Building, giving it good light and limited sun exposure.  It houses the offices of the secretariat, the program directors as well the Institute Director.

Configured to fit on a tight floor plate, Asian Architects together with Marcelo Ayesa worked on the interior architecture to accommodate a compact layout that meets the needs of the growing Institute.

Designed to accommodate the executive offices of Pepsico, the compact layout was maximized with a racetrack configuration, allowing easy access to all offices from the central secretariat.
